February – A group of UK teachers visited Bo to re-imagine how OWL can play a role in supporting education and working alongside our current schools. 

February – Dr Nnedi Dede visited Bo to look at options for extending the health link.

Spring – OWL education teams in Sierra Leone and UK develop a programme with Educaid to provide training and mentoring to 5 Bo schools: “Transforming Education in Bo OWL schools”

June – Celebrating the Day of the African Child

September – OWL exhibited at Ecofest and had a sponsored “Parks and Pubs” walk to raise funds for the “Transforming Education in Bo OWL schools” project.
